When will my order ship?

That’s why our team works diligently to process and ship your order with care. Most standard styles, like basic tees, classic trousers, or simple dresses, are inspected, folded with precision, and shipped within 1–2 working days. We use soft, breathable garment bags to protect fabrics from snags and sturdy boxes to ensure your pieces arrive wrinkle-free and ready to wear.


For more intricate designs that demand extra attention—such as hand-embroidered blouses, lace-detail dresses, or multi-layered coats with complex stitching—processing times may extend to 3–4 working days. This extra time allows our quality team to check every detail: verifying stitch integrity on delicate fabrics, ensuring embellishments (like buttons or sequins) are securely attached, and confirming that hems and seams are perfectly aligned. We want every piece to feel as 精致 (polished) and durable as it looks, no matter how detailed the design.


Please note: Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on Fridays, or over weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey and count down to the moment you unbox your new LiraMode pieces.

Where do you ship to?

Shipping times vary by location: Most orders within North America and Europe arrive in 5–10 working days, while international deliveries to Asia, Australia, and other regions typically take 10–15 working days. These are estimates, and delays can occur due to factors like customs processing (some countries have specific regulations for textiles), local postal disruptions, or unforeseen events (such as weather issues)—regrettably, these are beyond our control.


For orders shipped outside our base country, note that you may be responsible for additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are set by your country’s regulations (not LiraMode) and can vary based on the garment type or value. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to avoid unexpected costs.

How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?

What is your return policy?

In short: Most unworn, unaltered garments can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they’re in their original condition with tags, packaging, and any attached accessories (like belts) intact. Custom-made items (such as tailored pieces) may have specific guidelines, which are clearly noted on their product pages.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We package every garment with care—using tissue paper to protect delicate fabrics, padded envelopes for knits, and rigid boxes for structured pieces—to ensure they arrive perfect. But if your clothing arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., a torn seam, flawed fabric, or wrong size), please notify us right away.


To resolve this quickly, contact us through our “Contact Us” page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a copy of the delivery note. Our team will review your claim promptly and arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund—whichever you prefer—at no extra cost. If we need the damaged item returned for inspection, we’ll cover the return shipping fees.


Payment

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Currently, LiraMode does not offer cash on delivery (COD). This helps us ensure secure, efficient transactions for both you and our team, as COD can cause delays or errors that might slow down your order.


Instead, we offer secure, convenient payment methods: Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and trusted digital wallets like PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are protected by industry-leading encryption, so your payment details stay safe. These methods also make returns or refunds easier to process, ensuring a smooth experience.

Can I use Afterpay for products that will ship to Los Angeles?

Yes! We’ve partnered with Afterpay to offer flexible payment options for customers worldwide—including those in Los Angeles. With Afterpay, you can split your purchase into four equal, interest-free payments, due every two weeks, with no hidden fees (as long as payments are on time).
